Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes and sieve the maida along with the baking soda and baking powder
Mix chakka varatti/ jackfruit jam , finely chopped jackfruit pieces, oil and sugar
Mix dry and wet ingredients together
Add 1 to 2 tsps of milk to loosen the mixture if its very thick
Bake at 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes or if you insert tooth pick in middle of the muffins it should come out clean
